We want you to love every book you buy from Ethereal Inspired Books. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The book must be in its original, unread condition (no creased spines, dog-eared pages, or markings).

  • Original shrink-wrap, dust jackets, or included accessories (e.g., art prints, bookmarks, slipcases) must be intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital items (eBooks, digital audiobooks) once downloaded or accessed.

  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Signed or personalized special editions (unless received damaged).

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at contact@etherealinspiredbooks.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Package the book securely to prevent damage in transit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong book sent) or the book arrived damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
